	The map here is an extract from the July 1952 Historical Map obtained from busmap.co.uk The 224 is unique here in the fact that it disappears at Wraysbury only to reappear again . The railway line shown is the branch line from West Drayton to Staines West was replaced after the Dr Beeching cuts by peak hour Route 225 which went via Poyle Road and Moor Lane Prior to the service terminating at Laleham the terminus was Stanwell War Memorial and this section is shown on the map as being replaced by Route 162 The full timetables for Routes 162 and 224 are shown in the Staines local timetable which is available from the Sales List
