New Quality Incentive contract, under Tranche 826 awarded to Abellio West (previously London United), operating out of Southall (GW) garage using existing New Routemasters (final allocation TBC). New Contract Awarded on Option 3 - the day service will be reduced to 5bph Monday to Saturday daytimes. There will be no change to the night service MPS = H32 - 1.00 mins EWT, NH32 90% on time PVR = 10 (12 current) + 1 spare Driver reliefs will be undertaken at Southall, Town Hall (currently Hounslow Bus Station).
