The MS early OPo journeys on the 15 were converted to
crew operation and the crew operation was also extended later into the evening.
In practice, opo buses commmence to work westbound after the evening peak
while the crew buses return to base eastbound, the last RML leaving Paddington
at 2017. All RML journeys whether returning to the garage or not are scheduled
to finish at Blackwall, although the evening OPo journeys run to and from East
Ham (replacing Route 115 which is daytime only). In
practice some RML's are extended to East Ham to cover inadequacies on the
115 and indeed one MF pm crew journey runs at 1456 from Aldgate to Canning
Town Station to cover heavy school loadings although this arrangement was
withdrawn from 02.12.01.
